ForHome™

1. What are the ForHome™ 79, ForHome™ 99 & ForHome™ 139 plans?
The ForHome™ plans are home broadband plans which offer the best choice to share Internet at home and in addition to provide the best value with the fixed voice service. The desktop WiFi modem is provided for FREE on a modem rental scheme with lifetime warranty throughout the service.


2. What 4G services are included?
Each of the ForHome™ service plans includes the wireless home Internet broadband and selected plans comes with fixed voice services.


3. What is the fixed voice service (HomeVoice®)?
The HomeVoice® service provides a local fixed voice number that offer the best value in its package. The monthly bundled voice minutes (100 minutes, 200 minutes or 300 minutes) are included for nationwide calls and calls to the selected international destinations.


4. Is there any promotion for the latest ForHome™ plans?
Yes, currently there is a limited time offer that you enjoy double monthly quota for the 12 months contract. After 12 months, the monthly quota returns to the basic plan quota. 
For 24 months contract, customer will enjoy double monthly quota forever. In addition, free HomeVoice® up to 300 minutes and also up to 5GB/month Extra Quota for 24 months. This promotion is subject to changes without prior notice or while stock last.


5. Is the HomeVoice® service free?
Yes, 24-month contract subscription includes the free bundled HomeVoice® of RM 10 (ForHome™ 79), RM20 (ForHome™ 99) and RM30 (ForHome™ 139) with full rebate for 24 months. Standard call rate after free bundled minutes is 15sens.


6. What are the calls that will be included in the monthly bundled minutes?
Nationwide (fixed/mobile) and selected IDD calls are included in the bundled minutes. IDD calls to selected destinations are:       


7. What calls are not included in the bundle minutes?
Special prefix numbers, including but not limited to, 1-300-numbers, 1,-700 numbers, and short codes such as 103, 15454, 15999 are not included in the bundle minutes. In addition, international calls that which 4are not in the top 10 popular IDD calls will be charged accordingly to the normal IDD call rate.


8. What is the default credit limit for the bundled HomeVoice® plans?
Default credit limit is RM100.


9. What is this Extra Quota?
This promotion is giving FREE up to 5GB/month for a limited time offer only valid for new registration of 24 months contract only from 31 May 2013 onwards.


10. How will I receive this Extra Quota?
For new registered subscribers, it will appear in your online Self Care account within 5 working days after the monthly bill date. Your account and services must be active for this free quota to be credited into your account.


11. What will happen to the unused free quota?
The unused quota will be forfeit and not be carry forward to the next month and it has no exchange value.


12. Is there an upfront payment required?
Yes, an upfront payment of RM100 for each package plans will be collected upfront. This upfront payment will offset the 1st bill.


13. Is there a deposit required for foreigners?
Yes, non-Malaysian registration requires additional RM100 deposit collected upfront. When you terminate the service, the deposit will be refunded. 


14. Is there any commitment period?
Yes, there is a commitment period of 12 months and 24 months for all plans.


15. What are the free rental modems available?
There are 2 choices of desktop modems models available – DV230 and DX230. 


16. Is there any fee for the rental modem?
No, there is no additional fee charge regardless of desktop modems (DV230 or DX230).


17. What are the modem rental and benefits?
Rental modem scheme allows you to save as you don't have to purchase a modem outright. In addition to this, you enjoy a modem lifetime warranty for the modem. Accessories (cable, power adaptor, etc) are warrant for 3 months only. For the duration of the service subscription, defective modems will be replaced on a one-on-one basis. On top of that, the modem rental is currently FREE.


18. Can I check my account details online?

19. How can I check for my area if it’s under coverage?

20. How can I enhance my modem security?

21. May I cancel the 4G broadband service within the commitment period?
Yes. However, there is an early cancellation fee of RM 200 for all contracts. For 24 months contract, there will be an additional cancelation fee of RM 100 if the cancelation is done within 12 months. If you cancel after the commitment period, there is no fee charged.


22. Do I need to return the modem and phone when I discontinue the 4G service?
Yes, for more information on service cancellation requests, please fill in and submit your request in P1 Customer Care Support.


23. What happen if I lost the 4G modem or any accessories upon returning for service cancellation?
You will have to pay for the lost device. For breakdown of the charges, please write to P1 Customer Care Support.





ForHome™ Unlimited Quota

1. What are these ForHome ™ 99 and ForHome ™ 149 Unlimited Quota promotion plans about?
The ForHome™ Unlimited Quota plans are postpaid home broadband plans which offer the best value in unlimited quota for Internet sharing at home. The WiFi desktop modem is provided for free on a modem rental scheme with lifetime warranty throughout the service.


2. What are the promotions for these ForHome ™ 99 & ForHome ™ 149 plans?
ForHome ™ 99 plan comes with a DV230 desktop modem that packs with an amazing Unlimited Quota at 1Mbps. As for ForHome ™ 149 plan, it comes with a DX230 desktop modem which supports wider WiFi range and it also packs with an amazing Unlimited Quota at 2Mbps. After 24 months, the monthly unlimited quota returns to the basic plan quota. This promotion is subject to changes without prior notice or while stock last. 


3. I’m currently on a P1 contract plan, can I change to one of these promotion plans?
Yes you can, as long as your existing active account’s remaining contract is less than 3 months. You can submit your interest to P1 Register Interest and our friendly sales consultant will contact you within 24 hours


4. How can I check if I’m in coverage?
Please visit P1 Coverage to check for P1 coverage within your selected area.


5. Can I have a phone/voice service together with this package?
Yes, you can add on the HomeVoice® plans together with this promotion. There are options of HomeVoice® 30 and HomeVoice® 50 plans available at your choice.


6. Where can I purchase the HomeVoice® plans?
To purchase the HomeVoice® plans, please visit P1 HomeVoice® for more details or inquire from our promoters at the point of sales.


7. Is there any upfront payment required during registration?

ForHome™ 4G Terms & Conditions

1. Activation fee for ForHome™ is RM100. Upfront payment is RM100 to offset in the 1st bill.
2. Registration fee; RM10 x 5 months (RM 50) will be bill into the monthly bill accordingly. A foreigner deposit of RM100 will be collected upfront.
3. Early termination processing fee is RM200. Additional RM100 processing fee applies if termination done within 12 months for the 24 months contract.
4. The 4G modem and phone that provided by P1 are on FREE rental basis that comes with lifetime warranty. Accessories, such as battery and power adaptor, are warrant for 3 months only. Upon service termination, both 4G modem and phone with complete accessories are required to return to P1.
5. Free call minutes for the 24 months contract can be used to make call to local fixed and mobile numbers plus 10 popular IDD***. Subsequent calls are 15sens/min (local fixed and mobile call).
6. HomeVoice® plan will be free with a 24-month contract and monthly subscription fee for HomeVoice® will be waived on the first 24 months. Monthly fee of RM10 (ForHome™ 79), RM20 (ForHome™ 99) or RM30 (ForHome™ 139) for HomeVoice® will be charged on the 25th month onwards.
